WhereIsHere.Net is a free community driven service whereby you take a picture of any sign or any written matterial upload it to the site with the specifications of what language you wanted translated to and let the WhereIsHere community try and and translate it for you. Once translated you would either recieve an SMS or WapPush of the translation.
It could be a very useful service in multicultural countries where people don't speak the native tongue and for tourists alike.
Hopefully the governments don't offer this as a free service so that they can make more revenue from parking fines !
